Instructions

- In a bowl, gently mix cottage cheese and shredded cheddar until evenly combined.
- Scoop tablespoon sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing at least 2 inches apart.
- Lightly flatten each scoop with the back of a spoon to form thin rounds.

- Remove from oven and allow chips to cool completely on the baking sheet for maximum crispiness.
