2-Ingredient Spinach-Artichoke Prosciutto Cups

  • Total Time: 28 minutes
  • Yield: 12 cups 1x
  • Diet: Gluten Free

Description

These 2-Ingredient Spinach-Artichoke Prosciutto Cups are the perfect bite-sized appetizer — crispy, creamy, and bursting with flavor. With only two ingredients and minimal prep, they’re ideal for parties, quick snacks, or elegant brunch spreads.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slices prosciutto
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach-artichoke dip

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. If using homemade dip, make sure it’s well mixed and slightly chilled.
  3. Line each muffin cup with one slice of prosciutto, pressing it into the bottom and sides to form a cup shape.
  4. Spoon about 1 heaping tablespoon of spinach-artichoke dip into each prosciutto-lined cup.
  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crisp and the dip is bubbling and golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool in the tin for 5 minutes.
  7. Gently remove cups from the tin and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Use thicker slices of prosciutto for better structure.
  • Avoid overfilling to prevent overflow while baking.
  • Top with fresh herbs or parmesan for extra flair.
  • Mini muffin tins work great for bite-sized versions.
