- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup full-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt, adjust to taste
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, cream cheese, milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
- Grease an oven-safe baking dish with butter.
- Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Scoop onto plates and serve hot.
