- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup ketchup (divided)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, 2 tablespoons ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Line a small baking dish or shape a loaf on parchment paper that fits your air fryer basket.
- Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape. Mix remaining ketchup with brown sugar and spread half over the top.
- Air fry for 20 minutes. Then open, brush with remaining glaze, and cook for another 8 to 10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
