- 1 large puff pastry sheet, thawed
- 300 grams mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon plant milk for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
- Add mushrooms and cook until moisture evaporates.
- Stir in nuts, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper, cook briefly and cool.
- Place filling along one side of pastry, fold over, and seal edges.
- Brush with plant milk and air fry 15 to 18 minutes until golden.
- Rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Cool filling before wrapping.
- Seal pastry tightly to prevent leaks.
- Reheat leftovers in air fryer for crisp texture.
