- 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Soak cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch for extra crispiness.
- Dry the potatoes thoroughly after soaking to avoid steaming.
