  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Half cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons extra sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Mix in egg yolk, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
  4. Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into small balls and coat in extra sugar.
  6. Place on tray and gently press the center with your thumb or a teaspoon.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set.
  8. Repress centers if needed, then fill with melted chocolate chips mixed with heavy cream.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
