Instructions
- Place a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and let it preheat while preparing the potatoes.

- Once the skillet is hot, drizzle a bit of oil and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.

- Let the potatoes cook undisturbed for 4 to 5 minutes to form a crispy crust. Flip and continue cooking until all sides are golden and crisp, about 15 to 20 minutes.
