Scale
- 1 sheet puff pastry (about 250 g)
- 450 g pork sausage meat
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage meat, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and half of the beaten egg until just mixed.
- Lay the puff pastry sheet out on a lightly floured surface.
- Shape the filling into a long log and place it along one edge of the pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly around the filling and seal the edge.
- Cut into even pieces and arrange them on the prepared baking tray.
- Brush the tops with the remaining beaten egg.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.

Notes
- Keep the puff pastry cold until ready to use for best results.
- Do not overfill the rolls to avoid splitting during baking.
- These reheat best in the oven rather than the microwave.
