Instructions

  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden. A slight jiggle in the center is okay.
  8. Cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.
