  • 34 cups powdered sugar, sifted

  • 23 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing on low until fully incorporated.
  3. Add vanilla extract and salt. Beat on medium-high speed until well blended.
  4. Slowly add heavy cream, one tablespoon at a time, until the frosting reaches your desired consistency.
  5. Beat the mixture for an additional 3–5 minutes on high speed until light and fluffy.
  6. Taste and adjust with more sugar, cream, or extract if needed.
