Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing on low until fully incorporated.
- Add vanilla extract and salt. Beat on medium-high speed until well blended.
- Slowly add heavy cream, one tablespoon at a time, until the frosting reaches your desired consistency.
- Beat the mixture for an additional 3–5 minutes on high speed until light and fluffy.
- Taste and adjust with more sugar, cream, or extract if needed.
