Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper

- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture
- Fold in butterscotch chips evenly
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft
- Cool on baking sheet for 2-3 minutes then transfer to cooling rack
