Description

These Caprese Skewers are a fresh, no-cook appetizer featuring juicy cherry tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil leaves, drizzled with tangy balsamic glaze. Perfect for summer parties or quick snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls (mozzarella pearls preferred)
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
  • 23 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Pat dry thoroughly.
  2. Drain the mozzarella balls and pat dry.
  3. On each skewer, thread a cherry tomato, a basil leaf (folded if large), and a mozzarella ball. Repeat to fill the skewer.
  4. Arrange the skewers on a platter and chill for 15–30 minutes if preparing ahead.
  5. Right before serving, drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper to taste.
