These Caprese Skewers are a fresh, no-cook appetizer featuring juicy cherry tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil leaves, drizzled with tangy balsamic glaze. Perfect for summer parties or quick snacks.

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls (mozzarella pearls preferred)
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 2–3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Pat dry thoroughly.
- Drain the mozzarella balls and pat dry.
- On each skewer, thread a cherry tomato, a basil leaf (folded if large), and a mozzarella ball. Repeat to fill the skewer.
- Arrange the skewers on a platter and chill for 15–30 minutes if preparing ahead.
- Right before serving, drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
- Use toothpicks for mini versions perfect for kids or snack trays.
- Rub a little olive oil on basil leaves to keep them fresh longer.
- Assemble directly on your serving platter for easy cleanup.
