- 40 Frozen Tater Tots
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Pickles, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons Green Onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet until browned. Drain fat, then stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and pickles. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Place 3–4 tater tots into each muffin cup. Bake for 10 minutes, then press down with a spoon to form a cup shape.
- Spoon the beef mixture into each tater tot cup and sprinkle with shredded cheddar.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool for 5 minutes, remove carefully, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.
