- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, kiwi, and mandarin oranges.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt (or sour cream) to the cream cheese. Mix until creamy and well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake dressing over the fruit and gently toss until all the fruit is coated.
- Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
