Description

Ingredients
- Puff Pastry Sheets: 2 sheets (about 500 g), thawed and ready to roll
- Gochujang Paste: 3 tablespoons
- Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup, shredded
- Mozzarella Cheese: 1 cup, shredded
- Spring Onions: 4 stalks, finely sliced
- Egg: 1, beaten
- Sesame Seeds: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cheddar, mozzarella, gochujang, and spring onions until combined.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface into rectangles.
- Spread the cheese-gochujang mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a border. Roll tightly into logs and slice into 2 cm rounds.
- Place swirls on the tray, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
- Chill the pastry logs before slicing for cleaner cuts.
- Reheat in the oven to restore crispness.
- Adjust gochujang for milder or spicier flavor.
