- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 slices pepperoni
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, combine mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the skillet lightly with olive oil.
- Lay tortillas flat, spread marinara sauce evenly, sprinkle cheese mixture, and layer pepperoni slices.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle Parmesan on top, slice, garnish with basil, and serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Don’t overfill tortillas or they may burst open during cooking.
- Use freshly shredded cheese for best melt and texture.
