Description

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Brush the skillet lightly with olive oil.
  4. Lay tortillas flat, spread marinara sauce evenly, sprinkle cheese mixture, and layer pepperoni slices.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down.
  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan on top, slice, garnish with basil, and serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
