Creamy, dreamy, and totally dairy-free, this Cherry Garcia Nice Cream blends frozen bananas, cherries, and dark chocolate chunks into a sweet, refreshing treat you can whip up in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 3 large bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen dark sweet cherries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 24 tablespoons plant-based milk (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen banana slices, frozen cherries (reserve a few for later), and vanilla extract to your blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a splash of plant-based milk if needed to help blend.
  3. Fold in chopped dark chocolate and reserved cherry chunks by hand.
  4. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer consistency.
