Creamy, dreamy, and totally dairy-free, this Cherry Garcia Nice Cream blends frozen bananas, cherries, and dark chocolate chunks into a sweet, refreshing treat you can whip up in minutes.

- 3 large bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup frozen dark sweet cherries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chunks
- 2–4 tablespoons plant-based milk (optional)
Instructions
- Add frozen banana slices, frozen cherries (reserve a few for later), and vanilla extract to your blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a splash of plant-based milk if needed to help blend.
- Fold in chopped dark chocolate and reserved cherry chunks by hand.
- Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer consistency.
- Scoop into bowls, top with extra chocolate or cherries if desired, and enjoy.
