Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball with a fork, creating a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- Do not overbake—cookies will firm up as they cool.
- Chill dough for 10–15 minutes if it’s too sticky.
- Use a fork dipped in sugar to prevent sticking while pressing the cookies.
