- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the mixed salad leaves, sliced chicken, and avocado into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing gradually over the salad ingredients.
- Gently toss until everything is evenly coated, taking care not to mash the avocado.
- Finish by scattering shaved Grana Padano over the top.
- Serve immediately while fresh.
