Instructions

  1. Place the mixed salad leaves, sliced chicken, and avocado into a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing gradually over the salad ingredients.
  4. Gently toss until everything is evenly coated, taking care not to mash the avocado.
