  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 and 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-cup Bundt pan generously.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the sour cream. Mix until just combined.
  5. Toss the chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon flour and gently fold them into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze before serving, if desired.
