Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Arrange small dessert cups on a tray.
  2. In a bowl whisk the strawberry gelatin mix with boiling water until completely dissolved.
  3. Add the cold water and stir until combined.
  4. Place sliced strawberries into each dessert cup.
  5. Pour the gelatin mixture into the cups over the strawberries.
  6. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until the gelatin becomes firm.
  7. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and stir until smooth.
  8. Spoon a thin layer of melted chocolate over the set gelatin.
  9. Refrigerate again briefly until the chocolate topping hardens.
  10. Serve chilled.
