Description

Fudgy chocolate peppermint crunch cookies topped with white chocolate drizzle and crushed peppermint candy.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix dry ingredients and combine with wet.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Drizzle white chocolate and top with peppermint.

Notes

  • Do not overbake for fudgy texture.
