Ingredients

Instructions
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients and combine with wet.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Drizzle white chocolate and top with peppermint.
