- 1/2 cup crushed speculoos or biscuit crumbs
- 8 ounces milk chocolate, melted

Instructions
- Mix cookie butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Chill until firm enough to roll.
- Shape into balls and freeze briefly.
- Dip in melted chocolate and coat.
- Chill until set.
