Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 12 chocolate sandwich cookies, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies finely and mix them with the melted butter until evenly combined.
  2. Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust, then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  5. Fold in the roughly chopped chocolate sandwich cookies.
  6. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set, then slice and serve.
