Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat or real crab, shredded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 68 wonton wrappers, fried crispy
  • 4 burger buns, toasted
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat grill or skillet over medium-high heat to prepare for cooking.
  2. In a bowl, mix crab, cream cheese, soy sauce, garlic powder, and green onions until creamy and smooth.
  3. In another bowl, season ground beef with salt and pepper and form into four equal patties.
  4. Lightly oil grill or skillet and cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  5. Fry wonton wrappers until crisp and golden, then drain on paper towels.
  6. Toast the burger buns lightly until golden brown.
  7. Spread crab filling on the bottom half of each bun, place a beef patty on top, add lettuce, crispy wontons, and drizzle sweet chili sauce.
  8. Cover with the top bun, press gently, and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.

  • Chill the crab filling before assembling for clean layers.
  • Do not overmix the beef to maintain a juicy texture.
