- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 4 large eggs, room temperature

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and bring water to a boil for the water bath.
- In a blender, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup of the sugar. Blend until completely smooth.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the remaining 1/2 cup sugar until it turns a deep golden amber. Carefully pour the caramel into a round cake pan and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
- Strain the custard mixture into the caramel-coated pan.
- Place the pan inside a larger baking dish. Pour hot water into the outer dish until it reaches halfway up the sides of the flan pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the water bath and allow to cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Run a knife around the edges, invert onto a serving plate, and serve chilled.
