- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 ounces penne or fettuccine pasta
- 2 large bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow), sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.
- Combine Ingredients: In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: In the same skillet, sauté garlic and bell peppers until just tender.

- Finishing Touches: Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water. Toss pasta into the sauce, adding water if needed to loosen.
