  • 12 ounces penne or fettuccine pasta
  • 2 large bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow), sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: In the same skillet, sauté garlic and bell peppers until just tender.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Return chicken to the skillet, add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream.
