Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Set a large skillet over medium heat and let it warm up.
  2. Add olive oil and butter. Stir in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add zucchini slices. Sauté for 6–8 minutes until softened and slightly golden.
  4. Reduce heat. Pour in heavy cream and stir, letting it simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Turn off heat and add chopped parsley. Stir to combine.
  7. Serve warm with extra parmesan on top if desired.
