Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Bring water or broth to a gentle boil in a medium saucepan. Gradually whisk in polenta, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook for about 10 minutes until thick and creamy.
  3. Stir in butter, salt, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  4. Pour hot polenta into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
