  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the diced butternut squash with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Spread the squash evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until tender, then let cool slightly.
  4. Mix the roasted squash with the chopped onion in a bowl.
  5. Cut puff pastry sheets into equal squares and place a spoonful of filling in the center of each.
  6. Fold into triangles and seal the edges firmly.
  7. Arrange on the baking sheet, brush lightly with oil, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
