Description
A rich and cheesy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna layered with sauce, melted cheese, and tender ravioli, all slow-cooked to perfection for the ultimate easy comfort meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 25 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Set the crockpot to low and lightly spray the inside with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef or sausage with onion and garlic until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer frozen ravioli over the sauce, then spoon ricotta and sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a generous layer of cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours, or until ravioli is tender and cheese is bubbly.
- Turn off heat and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with basil or parsley.
Notes
- Use frozen ravioli directly—no need to thaw.
- Let the lasagna rest before serving so it holds its shape.
- For a vegetarian version, skip the meat and add mushrooms or spinach.
