Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 grams ground beef (20% fat)
  • 120 grams danablu cheese
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
