A juicy beef burger topped with creamy danablu cheese, fresh vegetables, and served on a toasted brioche bun.
Ingredients

- 500 grams ground beef (20% fat)
- 120 grams danablu cheese
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium high heat and add olive oil.
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and gently shape into patties about 2 centimeters thick.
- Season both sides of each patty with salt and black pepper.
- Cook patties for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Add danablu cheese during the last minute to melt.
- Toast brioche buns lightly in the same pan until golden.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, and red onion on the bottom bun, then add the cheesy patty.
- Top with the remaining bun and serve immediately.
Notes
- Let patties rest for 3 minutes before assembling.
- Use room temperature cheese for even melting.
- Do not press patties while cooking to keep them juicy.
