Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccolini (about 8 ounces)
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon wedge (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. While the pan heats, rinse the broccolini and trim the tough ends.
  3. Add olive oil to the hot pan and let it shimmer.
  4. Add the broccolini and cook for 2–3 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook another 2–3 minutes until broccolini is tender-crisp and garlic is golden.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper. Squeeze lemon wedge over the top if desired.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy immediately.
