This Easy Apple Bread Pudding is a warm, cozy dessert made with tender apples, custard-soaked bread, and a touch of cinnamon. Perfect for chilly days and holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups day-old bread cubes
  • 2 large apples, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, cream, eggs, both sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
