- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, gently combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning until just mixed.
- Lightly oil the parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Roll the mixture into evenly sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet with space between each.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until cooked through and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
