- 1 pound beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 12 ounces lo mein noodles or spaghetti, cooked
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch slurry.
- Heat vegetable oil in the wok, add beef slices, and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add broccoli florets with a splash of water, stir-fry until crisp-tender.
- Return beef to the wok, pour in sauce mixture, and toss well.
- Add cooked noodles and mix until fully coated in sauce.
- Finish with sesame oil and sliced green onions, then serve hot.

- Slice beef against the grain for maximum tenderness.
- Blanch broccoli briefly before stir-frying for brighter color and crunch.
