  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 12 ounces lo mein noodles or spaghetti, cooked
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch slurry.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in the wok, add beef slices, and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add broccoli florets with a splash of water, stir-fry until crisp-tender.
  5. Return beef to the wok, pour in sauce mixture, and toss well.
  6. Add cooked noodles and mix until fully coated in sauce.
  7. Finish with sesame oil and sliced green onions, then serve hot.
