  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
