- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a saucepan, combine fig jam, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss baked meatballs in the glaze until coated and serve topped with parsley.
