Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, and diced red bell pepper.
- Place the unbaked pie crust into a 9 inch pie dish if not already fitted.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the crust, distributing the vegetables and cheese.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the center is just set and the top is lightly golden.
- Allow the quiche to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
