Instructions

  1. Chill Glasses: Place 4 serving glasses in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to get frosty and ready.
  2. Mix Base: In a large pitcher, whisk together the lemon juice, cold water, and honey or sugar until fully dissolved.
  3. Add Herbs: Gently bruise the mint leaves between your fingers, then stir them into the pitcher to release their aroma.
  4. Ice It Down: Add the ice cubes to the pitcher and stir until the drink is well chilled.
  5. Rest to Infuse: Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes so the mint and citrus flavors mingle.
