Ingredients
- Sushi Rice: 2 cups cooked
- Rice Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Imitation Crab Meat: 1 1/2 cups, shredded
- Cream Cheese: 4 ounces, softened
- Kewpie Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
- Sriracha (optional): 1 tablespoon
- Furikake Seasoning: 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Green Onions: 2 stalks, finely chopped
- Seaweed Sheets (Nori): for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into warm cooked sushi rice.
- In another bowl, combine shredded imitation crab, cream cheese, Kewpie mayo, and sriracha.
- Spread the seasoned rice evenly into the baking dish and sprinkle half of the furikake.
- Layer the crab mixture on top of the rice and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining furikake on top.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with roasted seaweed sheets.
