- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 12 ounces frozen French fries
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven or air fryer according to the French fries package instructions. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the ground beef in the skillet with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika for 8 to 10 minutes until fully browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Cook the French fries according to package directions until golden and crispy.
- Lay one tortilla flat and spread a portion of cheddar cheese sauce in the center. Add cooked beef, a layer of crispy fries, and a handful of shredded mozzarella.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a rectangular wrap.
- Place seam side down in a clean skillet over medium heat. Press gently with a spatula and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
