Description
Fried S’mores Bombs are a gooey, crispy, indulgent twist on classic campfire s’mores! Biscuit dough is stuffed with melty chocolate and marshmallows, fried to golden perfection, and rolled in cinnamon-sugar graham cracker crumbs for the ultimate bite-sized dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 8 large marshmallows
- 8 pieces of chocolate (about 1-inch squares) or chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Chocolate sauce, for drizzling
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep skillet or saucepan to 350°F (175°C).
- Flatten each biscuit into a 3–4 inch circle.
- Place one marshmallow and one chocolate square (or a spoonful of chips) in the center of each biscuit round.
- Carefully pinch the edges of the dough around the filling to seal completely. Roll into a ball shape.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Fry 2–3 s’mores bombs at a time in hot oil for 1–2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Roll warm s’mores bombs in the graham cracker cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve warm.
Notes
- Freeze the marshmallows and chocolate beforehand to prevent over-melting while frying.
- Use a slotted spoon or spider strainer for safe removal from oil.
- Try with peanut butter cups or caramel squares for a fun variation.
