Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1012 wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Rinse and prepare all the fruits. Cut larger fruits like kiwi, pineapple, and watermelon into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Lay out a large platter or tray for assembling the kebabs.
  3. Thread fruits onto each skewer in alternating patterns, such as strawberry, kiwi, pineapple, blueberry, watermelon, and grape.
  4. Repeat until all skewers are assembled.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing chill.
  6. Optionally, drizzle with honey or serve with a yogurt dip.
