- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup red grapes
- 10–12 wooden skewers
Instructions
- Rinse and prepare all the fruits. Cut larger fruits like kiwi, pineapple, and watermelon into bite-sized chunks.
- Lay out a large platter or tray for assembling the kebabs.
- Thread fruits onto each skewer in alternating patterns, such as strawberry, kiwi, pineapple, blueberry, watermelon, and grape.
- Repeat until all skewers are assembled.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing chill.
- Optionally, drizzle with honey or serve with a yogurt dip.
