- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.
- Brush steaks and shrimp with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Grill steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Brush garlic butter mixture over steaks and shrimp while grilling and again before serving.
