Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 8 oz each)
  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  3. Brush steaks and shrimp with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
