- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or chopped vegetables
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add olive oil and warm water, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into small rounds.
- Place rounds on the baking sheet and pre-bake for 3–4 minutes.
- Spread tomato sauce over each crust, add cheese, and toppings of choice.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with oregano and fresh basil, then serve warm.
