Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or chopped vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add olive oil and warm water, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into small rounds.
  5. Place rounds on the baking sheet and pre-bake for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Spread tomato sauce over each crust, add cheese, and toppings of choice.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and edges are golden.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle with oregano and fresh basil, then serve warm.
