Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Melt butter in a wide skillet and stir in flour until smooth.
- Slowly add milk, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Add grated cheese, salt, and pepper, stirring until melted.
- Cook gnocchi until they float, then add to the sauce.
