Description
These granola yogurt tarts feature a crisp golden granola crust filled with creamy Greek yogurt and topped with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey. They are light, refreshing, and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a simple fruity dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups granola
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon honey, for drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 12 cup muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine granola, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons honey. Stir until evenly coated.
- Spoon the granola mixture into each muffin cup and press firmly into the bottom and sides to form crusts.
- Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and allow crusts to cool completely before removing from the tin.
- Once cooled, fill each crust with Greek yogurt and smooth the tops.
- Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
- Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon honey and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use thick Greek yogurt for a firmer filling that holds its shape.
- Make sure the crusts are completely cool before adding yogurt to prevent sogginess.
- You can prepare the crusts one day ahead and store them in an airtight container.
