Description

These granola yogurt tarts feature a crisp golden granola crust filled with creamy Greek yogurt and topped with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey. They are light, refreshing, and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a simple fruity dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups granola
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey, for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 12 cup muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine granola, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons honey. Stir until evenly coated.
  3. Spoon the granola mixture into each muffin cup and press firmly into the bottom and sides to form crusts.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and allow crusts to cool completely before removing from the tin.
  5. Once cooled, fill each crust with Greek yogurt and smooth the tops.
  6. Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  7. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon honey and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt for a firmer filling that holds its shape.
  • Make sure the crusts are completely cool before adding yogurt to prevent sogginess.
  • You can prepare the crusts one day ahead and store them in an airtight container.
