  • 1 medium ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 small red chili, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the prawns to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Lightly oil the grill surface to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the prawns on the grill in a single layer.
  6. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and lightly charred.
  7. Remove the prawns from the grill and set aside.
  8. In another bowl, mix mango, red chili, honey, lime juice, and cilantro until well combined.
