- 1 medium ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 small red chili, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the prawns to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Lightly oil the grill surface to prevent sticking.
- Place the prawns on the grill in a single layer.
- Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and lightly charred.
- Remove the prawns from the grill and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix mango, red chili, honey, lime juice, and cilantro until well combined.
- Serve the grilled prawns warm with the mango chili dip on the side.
